Experience this autumn season by tasting the typical dishes of Franciacorta

Every year our trattoria offers different seasonal specialities. Starting from October you will find on our menu two first courses that best represent autumn: Reginette al Salmì di Lepre and Pomegranate risotto.

Reginette al Salmì di Lepre

Reginette al salmì is a typical dish of Brescia. Every autumn we add this seasonal specialty on our menu because it is perfect in this time of the year!

This dish is prepared according to our grandmother’s recipe (she came here to teach our chefs how to make it), which means that it is a very old recipe!

The preparation for the sauce requires a lot of time and patience, but that’s why it is so good. The recipe requires the use of red wine and we only use the exclusive Curtefranca Rosso.

Pomegranate risotto

Pomegranate risotto is our chef’s recipe: she decided to make it for the first time during one of our risotto tasting events (which has now become one of the most important events in Franciacorta).

I turned out to be one of the most appreciated, so we decided to propose it again and now we serve every year in autumn, which is the season of pomegranate.

Of course, the wine we use in its preparation comes from the Franciacorta wine cellars!
